Call for Science Communicators

Bring your story to the Einstein Telescope Roadshow!

The Einstein Telescope (ET) will be a next-generation gravitational-wave detector that will help unravel the mysteries of the universe. This large-scale project – comparable to CERN – may soon be built at the border of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

To share this story with the wider public, the Einstein Telescope Roadshow will soon organize activities in Flanders. The first stop will be Hasselt University (Diepenbeek campus) in November.

The call for participation at the ET Roadshow @ UHasselt is over. Do you still have a concept you would like to submit for a later stop of the Roadshow? You can still submit the form below!

Call

We are looking for enthusiastic science communicators to present a lecture, show, workshop, demonstration, performance, ... on themes broadly connected to the Einstein Telescope – think universe, black holes, relativity, geology, vacuum technology, lasers and mirrors, Big Science & society, and more.

You have full freedom in target audience, format, and duration (within practical feasibility).

We look forward to your creative, inspiring ideas!
